To hide the scam artist's identity, the scammer using a different phone number, calls out to the potential victims each time.
This time, the scammer left an automatic computerized voice message in Mandarin Chinese and hoped I would call back to them and give them personal information over the phone. Once you provide your personal information over the phone to them, they will use your identity to impose all sorts of fraudulent activities to scam you.
